2. Payments and Ordering:

Upon receipt of your payment the download information of the product is sent to your email address that you have provided during ordering.
The download details should be received by you immediately.  We do not accept any liability or responsibility for emails that are not received as this can be caused by many factors outside our control.  If you do not receive your download information by email then you can contact us and we will ensure that you are given all the files you have purchased as early as possible. 3. Modifications :

We authorize you  to make any necessary changes to our templates /themes  as per your requirement. You may not redistribute our commercial templates/themes in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may remove the copyright from the footer of our templates/themes. The template should be used for a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you want to use the same design in connection with another or other projects. We might consider a discount or a permission if you agree to keep the design attribution link back to netalloy.com.

4.Resale or sub licensing:

You may not place any of our commercial templates/themes, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

5. Usage of Images clipart and fonts:

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.

All templates/themes are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and WordPress, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. NetAlloy.com does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against our demonstration versions. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee NetAlloy.com themes will work with all browser combinations. NetAlloy.com does not commit to monitor the forums or guarantee that we will reply to all questions.
